Beautiful furniture & decor, kid friendly, spacious, gorgeous pool, BBQ and outdoor dining area, big media room and dedicated work space area to have a wonderful stay. Fits 1-2 families comfortably. 4 Bedrooms plus extra bed in studio room. VIP movie theater nearby, parks and shopping centers just a few mins away. Enjoy a great comfy stay and all that The Woodlands has to offer!! This stylish place is perfect for group trips & tons of fun in the sun!

Good to know

Beautiful and spacious full house to enjoy during your stay! Master and guest bedrooms are downstairs each with a full bathroom. Office space with a futon bed plus a half bathroom in first floor also. Remaining 2 bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. Media room and comfortable TV room also in second floor.

Other Details to Note

We appreciate your patience since this is a new construction site and there's a lot of movement/construction nearby. We promise you'll have a nice stay in our beautiful house with amazing amenities. Cost to heat pool/spa is extra, please contact us for more info. For reservations of 14 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the same rate as the original cleaning fee.

This is still a brand new area in The Woodlands so there's construction going on at the moment. The house is fully equipped and ready for you to have an amazing time! Aside from this, it is safe, family oriented with a public playground steps away, great location with access to main roads, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, public pools, lakes, parks, you name it!

Guest access

The entire house except for a few linen closets in master bath, second floor and living room area. There's an SUV parked in the garage but you do have more space to park there or can freely use driveway.

Our stay at Karen's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, Karen proved to be an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and with great detail. Her accommodating nature and flexibility made our trip planning so much easier, and her warm mannerisms made us feel welcome before we even arrived. Upon entering the Airbnb, we were blown away by its beauty. The pictures online, as lovely as they were, truly didn't do justice to the actual space. It was even more stunning in person! The house is incredibly spacious - while it's listed for 6 guests, it could comfortably accommodate more. We were amazed by the sheer size and the abundance of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The only minor hiccup we encountered was the lack of washcloths, but it was easily resolved with a quick trip to a nearby Walmart. This small inconvenience was far outweighed by the overall excellence of our stay.

The home is amazing! It's spacious, beautiful, and cozy. The location is great - five minutes from a lot of things. My son did a run and loved the location as well. It was rainy few days, so we didn't enjoy the outdoors, but the pool and outdoor area looked amazing.
