THIS HOME IS A DUPLEX IN THE BOTTOM FLOOR and there is a separate unit in the top floor above. No stairs are necessary to access this unit. -To access this unit, you will be receiving 2 separate door codes. 1 for the Front Door and a 2nd one for the internal door to your Unit in the bottom floor. HOUSE RULES -No SMOKING (of any kind). $450 penalty fee if detected; no exceptions. Under Texas law, recreational smoking of marijuana is illegal and is considered a criminal offense. -No events or parties. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Neighbors will call the police on you if a party is detected or if being loud. -No pets, eating in bedrooms, or shoes in carpeted areas. Unauthorized pets: $200 penalty fee. -Avoid moving furniture. -Large Black trash bins out on curve by 8am please if staying on a Tuesday for City's trash pickup service. -If staying 14 days or more, an additional cleaning will be required mid-stay and/or at least every other week at same fee as original booking.
