This is a charming home from the 1980s, and with that comes a bit of its history. You’ll see some normal signs of age here and there, which add to its warmth and personality. If you’re looking for a brand-new home with no signs of wear, this may not be the right match — but if you appreciate a space with character and care, we think you’ll feel right at home. Throughout the year, the backyard, pool, and deck may collect leaves, branches, and sand from wind and rain. Despite weekly professional maintenance, an extra pool vacuum, and a specialized cleaning routine, nature can still leave its mark. You may notice some leaves on the pool and deck upon arrival, as well as a few scuffs on the bottom of the pool from its original 1980s plaster.
